Whirly Girly is a circular skirt that uses either purchased or custom made bias binding for the waistband and hem(s). Can be made with one or two skirt layers. Bella is a full and playful skirt with a top layer of tulle and ribbon/tulle ruffle. Lots of options for creativity.
