My very first quilt was a Double Irish chain. I took a class from Noreen Sandy, a very good quilter and taceher. I didn’t know to choose something easier and this was the first class available after I decided to make one. I joined a Block-of-the-Month group and learned a lot of different blocks that way. That was a great experience too.
