I'm sure I'm not the only blogger who suffers from bloglag.  You know - the lag between the thought...."I should put that on my blog", and the action of uploading the photos and blogging about it.  Earlier this year I started a craft group one evening a month at the kids school. This is the first craft group I've ever attended (let alone run!)  and it has been a lot of fun.  Each month after the group I think "I should write about that on my blog"...and that's as far as I get.  But this week I'm Getting Things Done.  So without further ado - here are the projects we've done so far this year...

April - Covered buttons

I wanted something really simple for the first group - and you can't get much more simple than these covered buttons.  We'll have to do them again later in the year though, as I have had so many people commenting on how great they look.

May - Freezer paper stencils

I have to thank Milly from Tin Whistle for the inspiration for this one (and the very useful tutorial on her blog).  With the help of a hairdryer to dry the coats of paint we easily made these in one session.

June - Key fobs

So quick, so easy, so beautiful! Since I'm getting things done this week you might just see these ribbons make their way into the store sometime soon....

July - TBA!
